Ice creams are one of the best desserts in the world. There are many ways in which you can make these delicious desserts at home. Though there are millions of brands and companies which makes ice creams with various flavours, the ice creams which we make at home has a different taste, and we can bring out our combinations of flavours and try out different things.
The following are some of the homemade ice cream recipes:
Cookie and Nutella ice cream:
No one can resist the taste of Cookie and Nutella. The method recipe for making the Cookie and Nutella is also very simple, and you do not need an ice cream machine.
- 2/3 cup chocolate milk
- 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 to 2 cups Oreo cookies
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup Nutella or any chocolate hazelnut spread.
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
First use a blender to puree sugar, Nutella, salt, vanilla extract, and cream. After blending it, leave the mixer in the fridge and allow it to get chilled. After the mixture gets chilled, set it in the Freezer for about 45 minutes. After keeping it in the Freezer blend it again for a few seconds and freeze it again for 45 minutes.
Remove the mixture and whisk it well. Now add the Oreo or any cookie and gently mix. Again place the mix in the freezer until it gets frozen.
Almond Ice Cream:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- one teaspoon vanilla extract
- one teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
Take a medium-sized saucepan and nicely whisk the sugar, cocoa, and salt. Slowly add cream and milk and stir the mixture and boil it over medium heat. Continue to stir the mixture as it heats and add chocolate chips, vanilla and almond extract. After the chocolate chips dissolve in the mixture, remove the mix from the heat and allow it to cool it down. After it cools, keep it in the freezer and serve it with almonds and marshmallows.
Vanilla Ice cream:
Vanilla ice cream is one of the most loved and common ice creams available, and you can make it very easily at home.
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Take a jar and mix cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt and close it tightly with a lid. Shake the contents of the jar till the cream thickens. The cream must become twice its size in about 4 to 5 minutes. Once the cream thickens, keep the mixture in the freezer for about 3 to 4 hours. Once the mixture freeze, take it out and serve it with your favourite topping.
