2 store bought crepes (like Melissa’s, found in the produce section)
1 cup Velvet Vanilla No Sugar Added Ice Cream
2 tablespoons low sugar or sugar free Jam (like Smucker’s)
2 tablespoons water

Lay one crepe onto work surface. Spoon ½ cup of ice cream down the middle, covering the entire length of the crepe. Pull sides up to enclose ice cream and turn onto plate seam side down. Place jam and water in a small microwaveable bowl. Heat on high for 20 seconds; remove and stir. Pour 2 tablespoons of syrup over crepe. Repeat with second crepe. Serve immediately.
